Jürgen Schart elected as the new BRH president.

Jürgen Schart (middle) was elected yesterday as the new BRH president. The former first vice president is the follower of Dr. Helmut Haller. New first vice president is Henri Paletta (left). The two form together with second vice president Reinhard Kappen (right) the BRH executicve comittee.
